Lot # 2620: 1961-1962 Fleer Basketball Partial Set (42/66) Including 35 Signed Cards

Presented is a partial set consisting of 42 different cards (out of 66 in a set) from the 1961-1962 Fleer basketball series, highlighted by an impressive 35 different signed examples. Among these are many Hall of Famers and stars, including Al Attles, Sam Jones, Bob Petit, Frank Ramsey, Dolph Schayes, and Lenny Wilkins. The signatures are scripted in a variety of inks. Included are two unsigned duplicates (#27 and 37). Condition of the thirty-five signed cards is 51% Vg-Ex to Ex (including a couple better), 32% Gd to Vg, and 17% lesser (mostly due to back damage). Missing the following twenty-four cards for completion: #2, 3 Baylor, 4, 8 Chamberlain, 9, 10 Cousy, 12, 14, 19, 22 K.C.
