Description

Shoebox collection of 1,215 Topps (including a handful of Fleer, Nu-Card, and Post Cereal) baseball cards spanning the years 1955 to 1970 and highlighted by 141 Hall of Famers, including Sandy Koufax, Mickey Mantle, Roberto Clemente, Willie Mays, and Hank Aaron. This collection consists of the following:

1) 1955 Topps (5 cards): Condition is Vg-Ex and four Vg. Includes: #1 Rhodes (Vg), 45, 49, 70 Rosen, and 162.

2) 1956 Topps (11 cards): Condition is Vg-Ex to Ex, with one Vg+. Includes: #9, 17 (gray back), 19 (gray back), 26, 79 Koufax (slightly smoothed-out corners from storage in a screw-down holder, otherwise Vg-Ex, gray back), 195 Kell (Ex+), 316, 321, 323, 331, and 339.

3) 1957 Topps (27 cards): Condition ranges from Pr to Vg-Ex (averaging Gd-Vg).

4) 1958 Topps (43 cards): Condition ranges from Pr to Vg (averaging Fr). Keys: #304 Kuenn/Kaline (Fr) and 386 Birdie's Sluggers (Fr).

5) 1959 Topps (38 cards): Condition ranges from Pr to Vg-Ex (averaging Gd). Keys: Two #212 Fence Busters (Gd and Fr).
