Of all the iconic and memorable moments of the 1997-1998 Chicago Bulls "Last Dance" season, none are as ingrained into the consciousness and memories of basketball fans more than the image of Michael Jordan hitting the series-clinching shot over Byron Russell of the Utah Jazz in Game 6 of the NBA Finals. Offered is a hand-painted piece of hardwood from that historic game at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City commemorating the legendary shot. Jordan is depicted just as the ball is released from his fingertips with 06.6 seconds left. His black marker signature flanks the image. Numbered "3/23" in the bottom left. The piece is housed in a wooden shadowbox (21.5 x 27.5 x 4 inches), with a commemorative plaque visible below. Accompanied by a COA from Upper Deck and a full LOA from James Spence/JSA. The size/weight of this item requires that there will be an additional shipping charge for this lot.
