This is an extremely significant card because, with good reason, it is recognized as one of Hank Aaron's true rookie cards. This series was regionally issued in Milwaukee, with one card included in each package of Johnston Cookies. The set is composed only of Milwaukee Braves players. It should also be noted that Aaron’s 1954 Johnston Cookies card is far rarer than his 1954 Topps rookie card. The offered example has vibrant colors, superb image clarity, strong corners, and excellent centering. Clean reverse. This is an outstanding example of Hank Aaron, the key card to this substantial, high-quality regionally issued set.
