Lot # 784: 1934 Quaker Oats "Ask Me" Baseball Trivia Complete Set (26) Plus Instructions and Original Envelope

Offered is a complete set of twenty-six "Ask Me" baseball trivia game cards issued in 1934 by Quaker Oats plus an instructions card and a very scarce original mailing envelope. Each card, measuring 2-1/4 by 3-1/2 inches, is printed in red, white, and blue and contains baseball trivia questions on both sides. Condition is 76% ranging from Ex to Nr/Mt (averaging Ex-Mt) and 24% ranging from Gd to Vg-Ex (averaging Vg). The instructions card has been folded twice and shows a few additional creases. The original mailing envelope shows postal use and grades modestly due to creasing, tears, and missing pieces around the perimeter. This is a rarely offered complete set of this unusual 1930s issue.
