Graded MINT 9 by PSA. Original unopened second series cello pack from the 1970 Topps football set with #211 Howard Fest on top and #148 Gene Mingo on the bottom. Included in this series are Hall of Famers Johnny Unitas, Joe Namath, and Dick Butkus. The pack is tightly sealed with no staining.
