Complete, original unopened wax box of 1978-1979 Topps basketball. The box houses thirty-six packs with each pack containing ten cards for a total of 360 cards. The 1978-1979 Topps basketball set features rookie cards of Hall of Famers Dennis Johnson and Bernard King as well as numerous other stars and Hall of Famers, including Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Pete Maravich, and Julius Erving. The box comes shrink-wrapped by Baseball Card Exchange (owned by Steve Hart, the foremost expert on unopened material). The display box has moderate shelf wear, including a bit of creasing.
