Original unopened 10-cent cello pack from the 1967 Topps "Punch-Outs" series, housing two three-card panels for a total of six cards. Aside from its extreme rarity, this cello pack is even more noteworthy as it features Hall of Famers Orlando Cepeda and Ron Santo on top of the pack. The pack comes shrink-wrapped by Baseball Card Exchange (owned by Steve Hart, the foremost expert on unopened material). This is one of the rarest sets of all 1960s Topps test issues. This set was distributed in just a few regions in the Maryland area. They were issued in cello packs (as offered here) containing two three-card panels (six cards per pack), with cards perforated so that they may be separated from one another. Each of these uncut panels (approx. 2-1/2 x 14-1/8 inches) features three game cards with their respective "Team Captain" pictured on the top. The reverse of the cards features instructions on how to play a baseball game by punching out the small squares. Single cards from this extremely rare test issue pop up from time to time, but uncut panels as originally issued are almost never seen. This is an extraordinary cello pack from this extremely rare 1960s Topps test issue.
