Crisp and clean 1971 Topps set. At 752 cards, this was the largest set of Topps cards issued up to that time. The black flush-to-the-border design of the 1971 Topps set makes this issue particularly challenging to collect in extremely high grade. Condition is 27% Ex-Mt to Nr/Mt (including a couple Nr/Mt-Mt), 64% Vg-Ex to Ex, and 9% Gd to Vg (including a couple lesser, a few with a slight miscut, and one with color added). Keys: #5 Munson (Vg-Ex+), 20 Jackson (slightly miscut side edges, otherwise Vg-Ex+), 26 Blyleven RC (Ex), 100 Rose (Ex), 117 Simmons RC (Vg-Ex+), 160 Seaver (Ex), 250 Bench (trimmed top and left edges, otherwise Vg+), 341 Garvey RC (Vg-Ex), 400 Aaron (Ex), 513 Ryan (Ex), 525 Banks (Vg+), 530 Yastrzemski (Vg), 550 Killebrew (Vg-Ex), 570 Palmer (Vg-Ex), 600 Mays (Vg), 625 Brock (Ex due solely to centering), 630 Clemente (Ex+), 640 F. Robinson (Vg), and 709 Baylor/Baker RC (90/10 L/R, otherwise Ex). Very attractive mid- to high-grade complete set. Total: 752 cards.
