Extremely desirable "Art DeBart" sketch card from the 1993 Skybox Simpsons series. PSA/DNA has encapsulated the card, grading the signature GEM MINT 10 and the card EX-MT 6. The significance of this card cannot be overstated, as today the "Art DeBart" is often cited as the first mainstream sketch card. When SkyBox released the series in 1993, they randomly inserted 400 "It's Your Lucky Day" redemption cards into packs. If one were lucky enough to pull this redemption (approximately one per 9,000 packs), they could mail it back to Skybox for an "Art DeBart" sketch card, featuring a hand-drawn Bart Simpson sketch from the creator of The Simpsons, Matt Groening. Numbered 60/400 on the reverse. A magnificent rarity worthy of any world-class pop culture or The Simpsons collection.
