Graded EX 5 by PSA. Ticket stub (3.75 x 2.75 inches) issued for the first day of competition for the Men's 100-meter dash at the 1936 Summer Olympics held on August 2 in Berlin, Germany. Legendary sprinter Jesse Owens, making his Olympic debut, advanced to the semifinals by winning his opening heat and quarterfinal races that day. Owens went on to claim the gold medal in the event, running a wind-assisted time of 10.3 seconds in the finals.
