Complete 80-card set of this landmark Fleer issue devoted to the career and life of "The Splendid Splinter." The set includes an attractive mid-grade example of rare card #68 "Ted Signs," which features Ted with Red Sox General Manager Bucky Harris (himself a Hall of Famer). This card was withdrawn from production due to legal issues relating to Fleer's unauthorized use of Harris' image.
