Description

Modestly graded example of this classic tobacco card of Detroit Tigers Hall of Famer Ty Cobb. The green background portrait pose is the rarest of the four poses of Cobb in the T206 set. This well-centered example has a beautiful green background and a crisp image of Cobb. Graded POOR 1 by PSA, flaws include two pieces of clear tape affixed to the front and a few tiny spots of paper loss. Despite these condition issues, this remains a very presentable example of one of the key cards in the premier tobacco issue of the 1910 era.
