Presented is a very attractive mid-grade collection of 43 different cards (of 49) from the 1948-1949 Leaf Gum “standard” set, highlighted by 11 Hall of Famers, including Honus Wagner. Included are both variations of #136 Aberson and 37 duplicates. Missing the following six cards for completion of a standard set: #1 DiMaggio, 3 Ruth, 4 Musial, 11 Rizzuto, 76 Williams, and 79 Robinson. Condition is 28% Ex to Ex-Mt, 61% Vg to Vg-Ex, and 11% lesser (including a couple that measure small). Fifteen cards have been professionally graded and encapsulated by PSA (8) and SGC (7, submitted by REA).
