Collection of twenty-one 1934 Diamond Matchbooks, featuring Pittsburgh Pirates and St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Famers Lloyd Waner, Joe Medwick, and Jesse Haines. Condition is modest, with all matchbooks (except one) having the striker trimmed off and most having one or two pieces of cellophane tape attached. This collection consists of the following: Baker, Berry, Collins, Crowder, Cuccinello, Derringer, English, Haines (Pr, with tape), Jurges, Klein (Pr, with tape), Medwick (Pr, with tape), Nelson (full matchbook [without coated tips on matches] with a piece missing from the striker, otherwise appearing as Vg-Ex from the front), O'Farrell, Ostermueller, Parmalee, Rensa, Roettger, Stout, Warstler, L.
