The set, which is one of the most popular sets of the 1980s, includes rookie cards of Don Mattingly, Joe Carter and Darryl Strawberry, and key cards of Nolan Ryan, Tony Gwynn, Wade Boggs, Ryne Sandberg, Cal Ripken and Pete Rose. All the other stars of the day are also included. This set consists of an astonishing 650 GEM MINT 10s and 10 MINT 9s. Also includes both variations of three cards (#3, 9, and 21, all GEM MINT 10s) and one duplicate #229 (MINT 9). This is an extraordinary set!
