Description

Graded VG/EX 4 by SGC. Rarely offered example of card #10 Jackie Robinson from the 1954 Topps "Canadian" gray-back series. Cards #1-50 within the 250-card 1954 Topps set are most commonly found printed on white-colored stock. This abbreviated set printed on gray stock was produced for issue solely in Canada that year. This classic card of Robinson is one of the key cards to the set. The offered example is bright and crisp, with bold colors, light wear on the corners, and centering toward the far left. The “gray-back” reverse is entirely clean. An extremely attractive example of one of the key Hall of Famers in the series that will be of great interest to 1954 Topps master set collectors as well as advanced Topps card enthusiasts.
