Description

Graded VG 3 by PSA. Every player has his classic card, and for Cleveland Naps Hall of Famer Cy Young, to many, it is his T206 glove shows pose. It is one of the most recognizable of all vintage cards and one of the most popular cards in the entire T206 set. The card presents with a crisp image, brilliant colors, and honest corner wear. Boldly printed Polar Bear advertisement on the reverse. A few light tobacco stains are present (a natural occurrence with Polar Bear backs). There is also a light vertical crease extending through the right portion of Young's cap and face. This is an extremely desirable grade for this classic card, and this particular example is additionally noteworthy for its popular advertising back.
