In addition to being one of his most striking and popular cards, this card dates from one of Mantle's MVP years and follows his finest season (1956 Triple Crown statistics: 52 home runs, 130 RBI, .353 batting average). Getting this card in a pack in 1957 was as good as it got. This example has vibrant colors, exceptional print quality, and strong corners. Clean, boldly printed reverse.
