Presented is a very rare complete thirteen-disc set of 1983 English's Chicken Baltimore Orioles Lids, highlighted by Eddie Murray, Jim Palmer, and Cal Ripken Jr. The discs, which served as lids to buckets of fried chicken, were issued in 8-3/8" or 7-1/4" diameter sizes. Condition ranges from Fr to Vg (averaging Gd) due to horizontal wrinkles, with one Nr/Mt. The eye appeal of these discs is much better than the technically accurate assigned grades. This complete set consists of the following: Boddicker (Nr/Mt), Dauer, Davis, Dempsey/Large, Flanagan, Lowenstein, Martinez, McGregor/Large, Murray/Large (Fr), Palmer/Large (Fr), Ripken Jr/Large (Vg), Roenicke, and Singleton.
