Description

Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA. High-grade example of St. Louis Hawks Hall of Famer Bob Pettit from the classic 1957-1958 Topps basketball series. This is Topps' first basketball set and the only one it issued in the 1950s. The offered card displays vibrant colors, a crisp image, and strong corners. Clean reverse. 1957-1958 Topps basketball is well known for production-quality issues, making high-grade examples particularly scarce and desirable. This is a superb example of this popular rookie card and one that would be at home in a high-quality complete set, Hall of Fame, or important basketball-card collection.
