Collection of 17 unopened wax packs from the 1964 Topps "Beatles - Black & White" issue, accompanied by an original display box. Each pack is bright and clean with tight seals and light wear on the corners. The display box has moderate shelf wear, including creasing and a split seam on the front panel. The fervor surrounding the Beatles in the early 1960s spanned the globe and sparked the creation of this bubble-gum card set issued by O-Pee-Chee in 1964. This was one of several trading card issues devoted to this popular band. Each card features a black-and-white image of the band members. This is an outstanding collection of unopened wax packs from this very popular nonsport issue. Steve Hart of Baseball Card Exchange (the leading authority on unopened material) has personally reviewed these packs, and in his opinion, they are original and unopened. Total: 18 items (17 packs and one display box).
