Graded VG 3 by PSA. Very attractive example of one of New York Giants Hall of Famer Christy Mathewson’s classic cards. The T206 Mathewson dark cap pose is one of the most popular of all T206s and one of the most highly regarded of all Mathewson cards. This well-centered card has vibrant colors, excellent registration, and strong corners with light touches of wear. Boldly printed Sweet Caporal 350/30 advertising reverse. Tiny surface abrasions along the top border contribute to the assigned grade.
