Description

Original cut-card case of 1985 Topps baseball cards. Cut-card cases were assembled by Topps using pristine cards directly from the factory which were then arranged in tightly packed rows inside of a plain cardboard box. A typical cut-card case contains more than 8,000 cards. This method of distribution spared the cards from exposure to gum or wax inside of packs and generally yields some of the finest cards available from a given year. This case contains sheets ABCDEF, which means it can contain the rookie cards of Mark McGwire, Roger Clemens, and Kirby Puckett. This cut-card case has not been evaluated by Steve Hart and is being sold as-is. The size/weight of this item requires that there will be an additional shipping charge for this lot.
