Issued in 1936 by National Chicle and catalogued R313 in the ACC, this large format (3-1/4 x 5-1/2 inches) black-and-white series is known to collectors as "Fine Pens" because of the thin printing used for the facsimile autographs. Offered is a very presentable partial set (73 of 120 cards) highlighted by 16 Hall of Famers, including Honus Wagner, Rogers Hornsby, and Casey Stengel. Condition is Pr to Pr-Fr overall (due to spots of glue and extra paper on the reverses), with one Ex, five Vg to Vg-Ex, and one Gd.
