Graded NM 7 by PSA. Magnificent high-grade example of this classic tobacco card of Detroit Tigers Hall of Famer Ty Cobb. The green background pose has long been considered the rarest of the four poses of Cobb in the T206 set. The offered example boasts a beautiful green background, perfect registration, crisp white borders, and strong corners. Boldly printed Piedmont 150 advertising reverse. Any high-grade T206 card is an important condition rarity, but an NM example of one of the key cards from the premier tobacco issue of the 1910 era is especially noteworthy and desirable. A striking example of one of Cobb's most popular cards from the premier tobacco-card set of the era.
