Presented is a complete insert set (46) of 1963 Topps "Peel-Offs." Inserted into 1963 Topps packs, these 1-1/4 x 2-3/4 inches stickers feature portrait images of the respective ballplayer with his name, position, and team along the bottom. Several Hall of Famers are featured in the set, including Aaron, Clemente, Koufax, Mantle, Mays and Musial. This set consists of thirty-one instructions-back variations, fourteen scarcer blank-back variations (Boyer, Bunning, Davis, Farrell, Herbert, Hinton, Kaline, Koufax, Lumpe, Pascual, Purkey, Rodgers, and Thomas), and one with a non-original backing (Mazeroski). Condition is 32% Ex-Mt to Nr/Mt, 48% Vg-Ex to Ex, and 20% Gd to Vg (including one lesser and one rebacked). Keys: Aaron (Vg), Banks (Ex due to centering), Clemente (Vg), Kaline (90/10 L/R, otherwise Nr/Mt, blank back), Koufax (Ex-Mt, blank back), Mantle (Vg-Ex+), Mays (Vg-Ex+, blank back), Musial (Ex-Mt), and Yastrzemski (Ex).
