Description

Graded GOOD 2 by PSA. Very attractive example of the famous T206 Magie error card. Magie is one of the rarest T206 cards and, along with Plank, Wagner, and the rare Doyle, is usually one of the last cards required by collectors to complete the set. The Magie error card has been recognized as one of card collecting's great rarities since the days of Jefferson Burdick (in fact, Burdick singled out the Magie as one of the significant T206 rarities in the original American Card Catalog). The offered card has vibrant colors, outstanding registration, and honest corner wear. Boldly printed Piedmont 150 advertising reverse. Light, unobtrusive creasing and minor soiling on the reverse contribute to the assigned grade. This is a strong example of one of card collecting's most significant rarities.
