Presented is an extremely attractive near-complete master set (minus one) of 1974 Topps baseball cards consisting of the following: complete 660-card basic set, 44-card Traded series, 24-card Team Checklists set, all fifteen "Washington, Nat'l" variations, and variations for #608 Apodaca and 654 Alou. Missing only #599c Rookie Pitchers/San Diego, small print for completion. Condition is 58% Nr/Mt to Nr/Mt-Mt, 36% Ex to Ex-Mt, and 6% Vg to Vg-Ex. We have selected four cards for grading and encapsulation by SGC. Keys: #1 Aaron (Vg-Ex), 10 Bench (Vg-Ex), 20 Ryan (NM 7), 130 Jackson (Ex-Mt), 250a McCovey/Washington (Ex-Mt+), 252 Parker RC (NM 7), 283 Schmidt (NM/MT+ 8.5), 300 Rose (20/80 T/B, otherwise Ex), and 456 Winfield RC (NM 7). Condition of the Traded set ranges from Vg-Ex to Nr/Mt-Mt (averaging Ex-Mt+), with one lesser (marked checklist). Condition of the team checklists is technically modest due to pen-marked reverses, otherwise presenting from Vg to Nr/Mt from the fronts.
