Each box contains 18 packs for a total of 216 packs. 1993 Topps Finest is widely considered one of the most important issues of the 1990s, as it was the first series to introduce refractor parallel cards. According to Topps' production information, only 4,000 cases were released, with each box containing one refractor parallel card.
