Presented is a very attractive complete set of 1971 Topps football consisting of 263 different cards. The colored flush-to-the-border design of the 1971 Topps football set makes this issue particularly challenging to collect in extremely high grade. This classic set features all the stars of the era, including rookie cards of Hall of Famers Terry Bradshaw, Joe Greene, Ken Houston, and Willie Lanier, and stars such as Johnny Unitas, Dick Butkus, Bart Starr, Fran Tarkenton, Gayle Sayers, and Joe Namath. Condition is 25% Nr/Mt to Nr/Mt-Mt, 66% Ex to Ex-Mt, and 9% Vg to Vg-Ex (including a couple that measure a bit small). We have selected four cards for grading and encapsulation by SGC.
