Lot # 2355: 1959 to 1969 San Francisco Giants Infielders Single-Signed Baseball (15) Including McCovey, Groat, Hart, Hunt, Lanier, and Long

Collection of fifteen single-signed baseballs consisting exclusively of former San Francisco Giants infielders who played for the club from 1959 to 1969. This collection is highlighted by many tough-to-find signees. All the signatures appear on the sweet spot of an official Major or National League baseball dating from the 1980s or later (except for one American League ball and one non-official ball). The signatures have been scripted in a variety of inks. Two of the offered baseballs have a full JSA LOA while seven others have basic individual authentication from JSA or PSA/DNA. Most of the balls have varying degrees of age toning. Otherwise all are in Excellent or better condition overall (with a couple lesser). This collection consists of the following: Don Blasingame, Bob Burda, Tito Fuentes, Dick Groat, Jim Ray Hart, Ron Hunt, Hal Lanier, Norm Larker, Dale Long, Jim Marshall, two Willie McCovey (one non-official ball), Nate Oliver, Dick Schofield, and Norm Siebern (OAL ball).
