The 1962 Topps set has a well-deserved reputation for being the era's most condition-sensitive issue. The flush-to-the-border brown wood-grain design of the 1962 Topps set makes this issue particularly susceptible to edge and corner wear and makes the assembly of high-grade sets difficult. This is a very attractive mid- to high-grade complete set of this classic, which includes all the great stars of the era. Condition is 13% Nr/Mt or slightly better, 70% Ex to Ex-Mt, and 17% Vg to Vg-Ex (including a couple lesser). We have selected eight cards for grading and encapsulation by SGC.
