Lot # 1813: Signed 1966 Topps #300 Roberto Clemente PSA POOR 1 with NM-MT 8 Signature Plus Full JSA LOA

Outstanding signed example of Hall of Famer Roberto Clemente (card #300) from the classic 1966 Topps series. The card is signed on the front in blue ink by Clemente. Not surprisingly, due to Clemente’s untimely and tragic death in 1972, signed examples are scarce. To date, only four examples have been authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA. This is the only example of a signed 1966 Topps Clemente we have ever handled! The card has an area of paper loss on the reverse, but otherwise grades Vg-Ex overall. A very attractive signed example worthy of any 1966 Topps signed set or Hall of Fame collection. Full LOA from James Spence/JSA.
