Description

Graded FAIR 1.5 by PSA. Modestly graded rookie card example of legendary New York Giants Hall of Famer Willie Mays, one of the most important cards of the 1950s. In addition to being one of the two key cards of the 1951 Bowman set, Mays is part of the scarce high-number series (#253-324). This example has bright colors, moderate corner wear, a pair of vertical print lines, and a small wrinkle to the left of May's bat. A pair of stains are visible on the reverse. A very presentable example of this iconic rookie card.
