Description

Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA. Outstanding high-grade example of Houston Rockets Hall of Famer Hakeem Olajuwon from the 1984-1985 Star Company basketball series. This card, issued as part of team sets, predates Olajuwon's 1986-1987 Fleer rookie card. The 1984-1985 Star basketball issue is extremely condition-sensitive due to its red flush-to-the-border design. The offered card features superb image clarity, virtually no chipping to the fragile orange borders, and strong corners. This is a superb example of one of Hakeem Olajuwon's most desirable early cards.
