Description

Graded VG 3 by PSA. Extremely desirable rookie card of Boston Celtics Hall of Famer Bill Russell from the 1957-1958 Topps set. Russell's rookie card is one of the classics of all basketball cards. This example has vibrant colors, a crisp image, and honest corner wear. Clean reverse. A pair of small, unobtrusive creases contribute to the assigned grade. 1957-1958 Topps basketball is well known for production quality issues, making high-grade examples, especially of such a key card like Russell, particularly scarce and desirable. This is a solid mid-grade example.
