Presented is a very substantial collection of 47 Norm Van Brocklin Bowman football cards dating from 1951 to 1955, highlighted by 37 rookie cards. A nine-time Pro Bowler and member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, "The Dutchman" won NFL Championships with the Los Angeles Rams and Philadelphia Eagles. Eleven cards have been professionally graded and encapsulated by PSA (8), BVG (2), and SGC (1). This collection consists of the following: 1) 1951 Bowman Rookie #4 (37 cards): Includes the following 10 graded cards: BVG NM 7, three PSA EX-MT 6, PSA EX 5, two PSA VG-EX 4, BVG VG-EX 4, PSA VG 3, and PSA FAIR 1.5. The condition of the 27 unencapsulated cards is one Ex-Mt, two Vg-Ex, five Vg, four Gd, four Fr, ten Pr, and one miscut, otherwise Vg. 2) 1952 Bowman Small #1 (1 card): Vg+. 3) 1952 Bowman Large #1 (1 card): Vg. 4) 1954 Bowman #8 (5 cards): SGC VG/EX 50, Vg-Ex, two Vg, and Gd+. 5) 1955 Bowman #32 (3 cards): Ex+ due to centering, Vg-Ex, and Vg+. Total: 47 cards.
