Description

Ticket stub (4-1/8 x 2-1/2 inches) issued for the first professional doubleheader in NFL history between the Detroit Lions and Dallas Cowboys, followed by the Cleveland Browns vs the Pittsburgh Steelers. These preseason games took place on August 18, 1962, at Cleveland Stadium and were dubbed a "Festival of Football." The ticket stub is signed by Hall of Fame running back Jim Brown on the front in black marker, who has added the inscription "HOF '91" below his signature. SGC has encapsulated the ticket stub and graded the signature GEM MINT 10.
