Presented is a substantial collection of 696 assorted baseball cards from five classic Topps sets spanning the years 1954 to 1960. This collection consists of the following: 1) 1954 Topps (117 cards, including 115 different): 82% Vg to Vg-Ex (including a couple Ex) and 18% lesser. 2) 1955 Topps (70 cards, including 68 different): 25% Ex to Ex-Mt and 75% lesser (averaging Gd-Vg and including many cards with 100/0 or miscut centering). Key: #1 Rhodes (Vg+), 19 Herman (next card showing, otherwise Ex-Mt), 25 Podres (Ex+), and 191 Stanky (Nr/Mt). Includes ten cards from the high-number series (#161-210). 3) 1957 Topps (84 cards, including 75 different): 15% Ex-Mt to Nr/Mt, 77% Vg-Ex to Ex, and 8% Gd to Vg (including one Pr). Keys: #59 D. Williams (15/85 L/R, otherwise Ex-Mt+) and 252 Erskine (Nr/Mt). 4) 1959 Topps (300 cards, including 234 different): 27% Ex-Mt to Nr/Mt (including a couple Nr/Mt-Mt), 65% Vg-Ex to Ex, and 8% Gd to Vg. Keys: Two #35 Kluszewski (Vg-Ex and Vg+ due to centering), 156 Pierce/Roberts (Ex), and 338 Anderson RC (Vg). Includes eleven cards from the high-number series (#507-572). 5) 1960 Topps (125 different cards): 15% Ex-Mt to Nr/Mt (mostly Ex-Mt), 65% Vg-Ex to Ex, and 20% Gd to Vg.
