Presented is a 41-card complete set of the classic 1963 Bazooka All-Time Greats cards. Issued as inserts in boxes of Bazooka bubble gum, the Bazooka All-Time Greats set features black-and-white portrait photos of Hall of Famers, superimposed on a gold or silver background, within a white border. This is the gold version. Condition is 17% Nr/Mt or slightly better, 46% Ex to Ex-Mt, and 37% Vg to Vg-Ex (including a few lesser). Keys: #4 Mathewson (Ex-Mt), 6 Young (Ex-Mt), 10 Wagner (Nr/Mt), 12 Johnson (Nr/Mt), 15 Gehrig (Ex-Mt), 17 Ruth (Gd+), and 35 Cobb (Fr due to adhesive residue on reverse). This is a very attractive complete set of this unusual, scarce, and underrated Bazooka Bubble Gum issue. Total: 41 cards.
