Lot # 3933: 1970 to 1988 Topps All-Star Subset Complete Run (309 Cards)

Presented is a complete run of all Topps Baseball "All-Star" subsets issued between 1970 and 1988. Some subsets (1975 to 1981) consist of base cards with all-star designations, with the balance consisting of separately dedicated all-star cards. No all-star subsets were issued by Topps from 1971 to 1973. The condition of the 1975 to 1977 cards ranges from Vg to Nr/Mt (averaging Ex), with a couple lesser and three trimmed. The condition of the 1978 to 1981 cards is 65% Nr/Mt or better and 35% lesser (mostly ranging from Vg-Ex to Ex-Mt). The condition of the 1982 to 1988 cards is 80% ranging from Nr/Mt to Mint and 20% lesser (mostly due to centering and mostly Ex to Ex-Mt). This collection consists of the following: 1) 1970 Topps (20 cards):Ranging from Vg to Ex, with a couple slightly higher and lower. Keys: #458 Rose (90/10 T/B, otherwise Ex), 462 Aaron (Vg), 464 Bench (Vg+), and 459 Jackson (Gd). 2) 1974 Topps (9 cards): Ranging from Fr to Ex (averaging Vg).
