Timothy John Jordan's Major League baseball career was brief, lasting only seven seasons, four of which were spent as the starting first baseman for the Brooklyn Robins between the years 1906 and 1909. Luckily for him, he was also an entrepreneur and was able to supplement his income through the sale of his patented indoor baseball card game, produced by "The 'Tim' J. Jordan Playing Card Company." Offered is a partial set of thirty-eight (19 different) playing cards (each card determines the result of the play), out of 72 from the game. Condition ranges from Vg to Ex, with a couple slightly better. Total: 38 cards. The size/weight of this item requires that there will be an additional shipping charge for this lot.
