Description

Offered is a 1969 Topps Stamps color-process proof panel consisting of 36 stamps, highlighted by the inclusion of Mickey Mantle, Richie Allen, and two Jim Hunter. All of the stamps appear as they would in final production when viewed; however, they are missing the perforations that would normally divide the stamps to be separated, suggesting that the offered panel may have been cut from its original sheet one press run short of a final production version. The panel (7 x 11.25 inches) displays scattered creasing and is in Good to Very Good condition overall.
