1907 Harrisburg Senators Imperial Cabinet with Eddie Foster and Pop Schriver

Spectacular team composite imperial cabinet featuring bust-length images of fifteen members of the 1907 Harrisburg Senators. Manager George Heckert's portrait is pictured in the center, surrounded by those of Eddie Foster, Pop Schriver, Kip Selbach, Billy Campbell, Jack Doscher, Bill Pounds, Frank Leary, Jimmie Brennan, Joe Smith, Jack Calhoun, Harry Pattee, Joe Martin, Mike O'Neill, and Eddie Zimmerman. Each player is identified in print at the base of his respective photo. Adding to both its appeal and significance is that some of the players pictured here were also featured in a number of popular early card sets, such as N172 Old Judges, E107 Breisch-Williams, and T206 White Borders. The piece (16.5 x 20.25 inches) displays light foxing (mainly on the composite photo), heavy wear to the mount, and the upper-left corner missing. The reverse of the mount has moisture staining, as well as the notation "Harrisburg, PA - 1907" written in red ink. In Poor to Fair condition overall.
