Rare photo of Ty Cobb dressed in full military uniform, signed by the legendary "Georgia Peach" in black fountain pen. Cobb has personalized the photo "To (Recipient's Name)/In Sincere Friendship/Tyrus R. Cobb." Cobb served as a captain in the United States Army's Gas and Flame Division during World War I. The photo, which bears a "G.V. Buck, Wash. D.C." credit stamp in the lower right, measures 6.25 x 10 inches (visible dimensions) and is in apparent Excellent condition overall.
