1973 Topps "Wacky Packages" Series 4 "Wormy Packages" Original Production Artwork

Fascinating original production artwork consisting of four-color separation acetate overlays used to produce the 1973 fourth series "Wormy Packages" title sticker. This series of artwork includes all four colors from the production process (magenta, black, cyan, and yellow). Each acetate sheet measures approximately 8-3/16 x 12 inches, and all remain affixed by means of tape to the original cardstock. Each of the acetates and corresponding cardstock bear the marking "#6010," which relates to Topps' internal production art department process. This is the only original four-color separation acetate overlay we can recall having seen available for sale. This is an outstanding original production artwork from one of the most famous and enduring series of the 1970s.
