1932 Babe Ruth Original News Service Photograph PSA/DNA Type I

Original news photo capturing Babe Ruth as a member of the New York Yankees in 1932. Encapsulated and certified as an original Type I photograph by PSA/DNA. Ruth looks somewhat despondent as he sits upon the portable backstop during pre-game batting practice. An original paper news caption appears on the reverse, as does a “Sep 22 1932” date stamp.
