Graded GOOD 2 by SGC. Modestly graded example of Los Angeles Dodgers Hall of Famer Sandy Koufax from the extremely rare circa 1960 Beisbol Grandes Ligas sticker series issued in Caracas, Venezuela. This is the ONLY Koufax example ever graded by SGC! The 220-sticker set features only players from three teams (Dodgers, Pirates, and Yankees). Recently discovered in 2022, these stickers were previously unknown to the collecting community. Similar to most Venezuelan issues (including the more well-known Topps issues from the late 1950s through the 1960s), an album was issued for the set to paste the stickers in their respective numbered slots. The offered sticker features a crisp image of Koufax. Downgraded due to markings along the blank reverse. This is an extremely unusual and fascinating rarity that would be very much at home in even the most advanced Dodgers or Sandy Koufax collection.
