Presented is an extremely impressive 55-card complete set of 1965 Topps "Gilligan's Island" trading cards. Gilligan’s Island was a sensation in 1965, and one of the few television shows of the 1960s to survive with its popularity intact to this day. The Topps set issued in 1965 is, not surprisingly, extremely popular with collectors. The black-and-white cards feature the stars of the show Alan Hale, Jr. and Bob Denver and other cast members in various scenes from the television show. All 55 cards in this set have been graded and encapsulated by PSA. Together they make up the #2 set on the PSA Set Registry with an impressive 8.77 GPA. Thirty-three cards are the highest-graded examples with four existing as the only example graded at its respective level with none higher.
